Yes, you may do so by entering your address as the 'Billing address' and the address to which you want to ship it as the 'Shipping address.'
For Pre-paid Orders: We will send you a confirmation mail, to let you know that your order has been successfully processed.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a call from a Manestream representative on your provided contact information asking you to confirm the order details. Once you confirm the same, your order will be immediately processed.
Kindly note for COD orders, you can also opt to receive the order status notification over email after your order has been confirmed.

No, you may use guest checkout to place an order without creating an account. However, we highly advise you to create an account on our website in order to make your purchasing experience as quick and easy as possible. This will also allow you to receive special benefits as well as rate and review our products based on your experience.
Unfortunately, commodities marked "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate purchase. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click on the product, and once on the product page, look for the 'Notify Me' option, and input your registered email address. We will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember that you can only do this if you have a Manestream account and are logged in at the same time.
For all card payments and Netbanking, we use Paytm and the Razorpay Secure payment platform. There is no additional price for using COD on any order. However, if your total order value is less than INR. 499/-, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 50/-.
After clicking the 'Checkout' button, you will be sent to a page where you may input your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. When you enter the code, the applicable amount/offer will be instantly added to your order. You may then go to the checkout and pay the balance using your preferred method of payment.
All of our deliveries are handled by reliable couriers. When your product is dispatched, you will get an email with the tracking number for your shipment as well as the name of the courier company that is handling your order. Except for a few outlying regions, we ship across India. Domestic orders of INR 499/- and higher are eligible for free domestic delivery. However, if for any reason, a certain location is exceedingly distant and there is no cargo service, we will notify the client and promptly refund the order amount, in terms of store credit. The customer can request a store credit, in which case we will credit the value of the returned product to the user's account, which she or he may use to purchase any product from the website.

We envelope each ordered product in bubble wrap and then place the bubble-wrapped commodities in corrugated boxes for extra protection.
